As to be faired with Successful Bidder, we agreed that the Service Fees are based on Reserve Price, not as Final Bidding Price.
As if the subject property is occupied by Owner / Tenant, and Successful Bidder has decided to request our Eviction Services, the Service Fees will be applied as well.

Here are 4 common Outstanding involved while purchasing an Auction Property :-
- Loan Outstanding with Bank – As a new Successful Bidder, he/she IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE to pay any amounts of loan outstanding that the Owner has owed
with the Auction Bank. He/she just need to pay the full amount of the Final Bidding Price. - Quit Rent & Assessment – FULLY ABSORBED by Auction Bank if the property
is purchased thru High Court (NLC case) and Auction House (LACA case) (Except
Ambank LACA case does not cover only). - Maintenance Outstanding from JMB – High Court (NLC case) does not cover any
cents of it, while Auction House (LACA case) does cover for it. Kindly get advices
from LelongBoy because different bank might have different stipulations in POS. - Utility Bills – Rest Assured with it as because our Klang Valley’s utilities company
(known as TNB, Syabas, Indah Water IWK) have made us more convenient and
easier! Successful bidder just have to sign up a new account thru their online portal
and get it done! Ex-Owner’s debt will follow them forever!
